Nocturnes, Op. 4

"Nocturnes, Op. 4" is a set of three pieces written between 2017 and 2019, each tracing a different shade of reflection and solitude. The first nocturne is built on themes by Flōs’ close friend Aliyah Rueda, whose melodies inspired its quiet tenderness. Together, the three works capture the early voice of the composer: intimate, searching, and deeply personal.
